About this product
This sustained-release multivitamin is designed for women of menstruating age and is formulated to support physical and mental wellbeing. Two tablets a day provide a broad range of vitamins and minerals, with iron at 100% of the nutrient reference value.
- Iron and everyday energy. Each serving provides 14 mg of gentle iron bisglycinate. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
- Folate and B12. 400 µg of folate as L-methylfolate and 20 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Folate contributes to normal blood formation, and vitamin B12 to normal red blood cell formation.
- Immune nutrients. Vitamin C (240 mg), vitamin D3 (25 µg), zinc (15 mg) and iron all contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Methylated, active forms. B vitamins are included in forms the body can use directly, including pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6) and riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2), with copper and zinc as bisglycinates.
- Wider coverage. Also provides vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K2 (MK-7), biotin, pantothenic acid, selenium, chromium, iodine, molybdenum and boron.
- Good to know. Take 2 tablets daily with food, split between morning and evening if you wish; children aged 12+ take 1 tablet daily. Not recommended for long-term use after the menopause because of the iron content. Contains iron: keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the stated dose.
