CoQ10 (6)

Coenzyme Q10 in its ubiquinone and ubiquinol forms, from 50 mg to 100 mg per serving, including absorption-enhanced CoQsol, VESIsorb and UbiqSome formats. CoQ10 is naturally made by the body and found in heart, liver and muscle tissue.

Good to know

  • Ubiquinol is the reduced (active) form of CoQ10; ubiquinone is converted by the body.
  • CoQ10 is fat-soluble, so take it with a meal containing some fat.
  • If you take warfarin or blood-pressure medicines, ask your doctor before starting CoQ10.
