About this product
A 100 mg coenzyme Q10 softgel using CoQsol-CF, an ultra-soluble form of ubiquinone, with vitamin E and d-limonene, formulated for general energy and antioxidant support.
- CoQsol-CF CoQ10. Each softgel contains 100 mg ubiquinone, dissolved with d-limonene from cold-pressed orange peel in a heat- and solvent-free process so the crystals stay dissolved.
- Absorption-focused. The manufacturer reports 5x greater bioavailability and twice the peak plasma level of standard crystalline ubiquinone.
- Vitamin E partner. Each softgel carries 18 mg α-TE of D-alpha-tocopherol (33 mg total tocopherols). Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Easy to take. A small softgel taken with food, with natural colours from red radish, carob and caramel.
- Good to know. Adults take 1 softgel daily with food, or 1 softgel twice daily, morning and afternoon, for additional support. The shell contains gelatine, so this is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Not suitable in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children aged 10 and under. Consult a physician first if you have a medical condition or take medication. Do not exceed the maximum dose.
