About this product
This ongoing-support omega formula pairs concentrated wild fish oil with virgin cold-pressed evening primrose oil in two lemon-flavoured softgels a day (a 30-day supply).
- EPA and DHA. Two softgels provide 668 mg EPA and 334 mg DHA, within 1108 mg of total omega-3.
- Heart, brain and vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, with a beneficial effect from 250 mg a day.
- Added GLA. Evening primrose oil adds omega-6 and omega-9, including 40 mg of GLA per serving.
- Quality and form. The omega-3 is in re-esterified triglyceride form from wild Pacific anchovies, third-party tested by IFOS and made in the UK under GMP.
- Good to know. Adults take 2 softgels daily with food (the dose may be doubled for additional support); children aged 12+ take 1–2 softgels. Contains fish (fish oil and fish gelatine), so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Ask a healthcare professional first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. 60 softgels last 30 days.
