Super Vitamin D+ by FutureYou Cambridge pairs high-strength vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 in one vegan capsule. Each capsule provides 25 µg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3 from algae (500% NRV) and 180 µg of MenaQ7® vitamin K2 as MK-7 (240% NRV).

• Bones. Vitamins D and K both contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D also contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus and to normal blood calcium levels.
• Muscles and immunity. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and the normal function of the immune system.
• MenaQ7® K2. A natural MK-7 form of vitamin K2. The manufacturer says it has been the subject of 22 published studies in human health.
• Vegan D3. Most vitamin D3 comes from sheep's wool; this D3 comes from algae. Gluten free and lactose free.
• Within safe limits. 1,000 IU a day is well below the 4,000 IU (100 µg) adult daily maximum cited by the manufacturer. Take one capsule a day, with or without food; a meal containing some fat may help absorption. 28-day supply.

Good to know: Contains vitamin K: if you take anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medicine such as warfarin, don't take this product unless your doctor advises it. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use.
