Co-Enzyme Q10+ by FutureYou Cambridge provides 50 mg of CoQ10 a day. It comes from 250 mg of UbiqSome®, a CoQ10-phospholipid (phytosome) complex developed by Indena. Each capsule also contains vitamins B1 and B2 (100% NRV each).

• What CoQ10 does. Coenzyme Q10 is made by the body and plays a central role in how cells produce energy (ATP) in the mitochondria. It also works as an antioxidant in cell membranes. The Linus Pauling Institute notes that tissue levels decline with age.
• Phytosome delivery. The manufacturer states that UbiqSome® is 9 times more bioavailable than standard CoQ10 powder.
• Heart and energy. Thiamin contributes to the normal function of the heart. Thiamin and riboflavin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
• Tiredness and cell protection. Riboflavin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Suitable for most diets. Vegan, gluten free and lactose free. Take one capsule a day, with or without food. The pack holds 28 capsules, a 28-day supply.

Good to know: CoQ10 may reduce the effect of the blood thinner warfarin. If you take warfarin or other medication, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
