About this product

Holland & Barrett High Strength Co-Q10 provides 100 mg of coenzyme Q10, in the ubiquinone form, in each capsule, plus 0.17 mg of vitamin B1 (thiamin).

What CoQ10 is. A compound the body makes itself. It plays a central role in how cells produce energy, and it also acts as an antioxidant in cell membranes. The Linus Pauling Institute notes that tissue levels decline with age.
100 mg per capsule. A high-strength amount in a single capsule.
Heart function. Thiamin contributes to the normal function of the heart.
In sunflower oil. CoQ10 is fat-soluble, so it is suspended in sunflower seed oil in a starch-based softgel.
