Prime Fifty Brain & Cognition – Multi-Nutrient with Omega-3, 56 Capsules & Softgels

Brain & Cognition by Prime Fifty is a daily two-part supplement designed for adults over 50. Each day's dose is one multi-nutrient capsule and one omega-3 fish oil softgel. Together they provide vitamins, minerals and 300 mg of omega-3, including 200 mg of DHA, alongside antioxidants such as CoQ10, grape seed and green tea extracts.

• Mental performance. Pantothenic acid (350% NRV) contributes to normal mental performance.
• Cognitive function. Zinc, iodine and iron contribute to normal cognitive function.
• Psychological function. Vitamins B6 and B12, folate (as L-methylfolate) and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function. B6, B12 and folate also contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
• Antioxidant nutrients. Vitamin E and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Vitamin D3. 20 µg (800 IU), which contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
• For the over 50s. Includes BioPerine® black pepper extract. Take one capsule and one softgel together each day, with a cold drink at mealtimes. The pack holds 28 capsules and 28 softgels.

Good to know: Contains iron: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, so keep out of their reach. Contains fish and bovine gelatine, so it isn't suitable for vegetarians.
