About this product

Holland & Barrett Pure Cod Liver Oil provides 1,000 mg of cod liver oil in each capsule. It naturally supplies omega-3, typically 80 mg of EPA and 90 mg of DHA, and each capsule provides vitamin A (800 µg) and vitamin D (5 µg), both at 100% NRV.

Immune support. Vitamins A and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Vision and skin. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal skin.
Bones, teeth and muscles. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function.
A traditional favourite. Cod liver oil has been a family supplement for generations, a source of omega-3 alongside vitamins A and D.
One a day. Take one capsule a day, preferably with a meal. The pack holds 60 capsules, a two-month supply.

Good to know: Contains vitamin A: don't take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on a doctor's advice, and avoid if you regularly eat liver or liver products. Don't take with other supplements containing vitamin A. Contains fish and bovine gelatine.
