Holland & Barrett High Strength Super Multi Mineral provides 11 major and trace minerals in two daily tablets, including 150 µg of iodine (100% NRV), 10 mg of iron (71% NRV), 500 mg of calcium (63% NRV), 250 mg of magnesium (67% NRV) and 10 mg of zinc (100% NRV).

• Thyroid. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and the normal production of thyroid hormones.
• Energy. Iron and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Bones. Calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
• Immune support. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
• Hair and nails. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
• Daily dose. Take two tablets a day, preferably with a meal. Suitable for vegans. The pack holds 90 tablets, a 45-day supply.
