Holland & Barrett Cold Pressed Evening Primrose Oil 500mg provides 500 mg of evening primrose seed oil per capsule, typically supplying 45 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and 325 mg of linoleic acid. Each capsule also contains 0.25 mg of vitamin B6 (18% NRV).

Cold pressed. Oil pressed from the seeds of the evening primrose plant (Oenothera biennis).
GLA. Evening primrose oil is one of the few plant sources of the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid.
Vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Smaller capsule. A 500 mg strength, if you prefer a lower amount than the 1,000 mg version.
One a day. Take one capsule a day, preferably with a meal. The pack holds 30 capsules, a one-month supply.

Good to know: The capsule shell is bovine gelatine, so it isn't suitable for vegetarians. If you have epilepsy, take blood-thinning medicine, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, speak to a doctor or pharmacist first.
