About this product
A plant-based mineral formula using Aquamin® (from red algae and mineral-rich seawater) for calcium and magnesium in roughly a 2:1 ratio, with vitamin D3, K2 as all-trans MK-7 and boron.
- Algae-sourced minerals. Two tablets provide 2160 mg Aquamin®, supplying 443 mg calcium (55% NRV) and 223 mg magnesium (59% NRV).
- Bone support. Calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K each contribute to the maintenance of normal bones; vitamin D also contributes to normal teeth.
- Muscle function. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
- Supporting cofactors. 20 µg vitamin D3, 120 µg vitamin K2 (MK-7) and 3 mg boron per daily serving.
- Good to know. Adults and children aged 12+ take 2 tablets daily with food, ideally split between morning and evening. Not recommended for people taking blood thinners. Seek professional advice before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
