Immunity+ Advanced by FutureYou Cambridge combines a highly absorbable form of quercetin with vitamins C and D. Each capsule contains 250 mg of Quercefit®, providing 85 mg of quercetin, plus 80 mg of vitamin C and 5 µg of vitamin D3 (100% NRV each). It was formerly sold as Quercetin+.

• Quercetin. A natural flavonoid found in onions, apples, berries and leafy greens. Here it comes from the flowers of the Japanese pagoda tree.
• Quercefit® delivery. Quercetin is bound to sunflower lecithin. The manufacturer cites a human study (Riva et al., 2019) showing up to 20 times better absorption than standard quercetin.
• Immune support. Vitamins C and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
• More from vitamins C and D. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D, sourced from lichen, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.
• Simple routine. Take one or two capsules a day, with or without food. 28-day supply.
