Turmeric+ Gold by FutureYou Cambridge is the brand's most advanced turmeric supplement. Each capsule contains 300 mg of Meriva® curcumin phytosome, providing 100 mg of curcumin, plus vitamin D3 (5 µg, 100% NRV) and vitamin C (20 mg, 25% NRV).

• Meriva® curcumin. Curcumin is the main active compound in turmeric root. Meriva® binds it to sunflower lecithin phospholipids. The manufacturer states that this makes it 30 times more absorbable than standard turmeric and that it has been studied in 45 human studies.
• Bones and cartilage. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.
• Immune support. Vitamins C and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
• Certified for sport. Certified by Informed Sport, according to the manufacturer. It is made with sunflower rather than soya lecithin.
• Simple routine. Vegan, gluten free and lactose free. Take one or two capsules a day in the evening, with or without food. 28-day supply.

Good to know: Not recommended if you have bile-duct obstruction, gallstones, liver disease or other biliary conditions. Liver problems have been reported with highly absorbable curcumin products: stop and see a doctor if you notice tiredness, nausea, dark urine or yellowing of the skin.
