About this product

Holland & Barrett Expert Sleep Good Night is an evening tablet that combines Griffonia seed extract (a natural source of 5-HTP), Montmorency cherry extract, DailyZz™ (spearmint and green tea extract), magnesium and vitamin B6. Two tablets provide 2.8 mg of vitamin B6 (200% NRV) and 100 mg of magnesium (27% NRV).

Nervous system. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Psychological function. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function.
Tiredness. Vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Evening routine. Take two tablets before bed, with or after food. The pack holds 60 tablets, a 30-day supply.

Good to know: Contains 5-HTP. Do not take it with antidepressants or other medicines that affect serotonin unless your doctor advises it. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, speak to a doctor or pharmacist first.
