Holland & Barrett Teens Energy & Focus Effervescent, 20 Tablets

Holland & Barrett Teens Energy & Focus is an effervescent tablet made for teenagers. Each tablet provides B vitamins, vitamin C, iron (14 mg), iodine (150 µg) and choline (200 mg), with 100 mg of L-theanine and 30 mg of ginkgo biloba extract.

• Energy. Iron, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C, niacin, pantothenic acid and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Thinking and learning. Iron and iodine contribute to normal cognitive function, and pantothenic acid to normal mental performance.
• L-theanine and ginkgo. L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea leaves; ginkgo biloba is a traditional botanical.
• No tablets to swallow. Dissolve one tablet in water for a flavoured drink.
• Once a day. Take one tablet a day, preferably with a meal. Suitable for vegans. The tube holds 20 tablets.

Good to know: Contains iron: keep out of reach of young children. Ginkgo may increase the risk of bleeding, so speak to a doctor first if the teenager takes any medication. Contains sorbitol; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
