About this product

A high-strength vitamin K formula that brings together K1 and two forms of K2 (MK-4 and MK-7) in a single capsule. The manufacturer formulated it to support bone health.

  • Three forms, one capsule. K1 (1500 µg), MK-4 (1000 µg) and MK-7 (200 µg) add up to 2700 µg of vitamin K. The manufacturer notes each form has a different half-life and role.
  • Active, natural forms. All three are supplied as all-trans isomers, which the manufacturer describes as the biologically active shape of vitamin K.
  • Bones and blood. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.
  • Simple and plant-based. Plant-cellulose capsule with rice flour as the only bulking agent.
  • Good to know. Adults take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), except on a doctor's advice.
