Juvéderm Ultra 3 is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel with lidocaine from Allergan Aesthetics (HYLACROSS technology), supplied as two 1 mL pre-filled syringes.

• Composition. Hyaluronic acid 24 mg/mL with lidocaine hydrochloride 0.3%.
• Pack. 2 × 1 mL pre-filled syringes with needles.
• Indications. Moderate to deep facial wrinkles and folds, and lip contour and volume.
• Injection depth. Mid to deep dermis; lip mucosa.
• Storage. Store at room temperature, up to 25 °C. Do not freeze.
