Juvéderm Ultra 4 is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel with lidocaine from Allergan Aesthetics (HYLACROSS technology), supplied as two 1 mL pre-filled syringes.

• Composition. Hyaluronic acid 24 mg/mL with lidocaine hydrochloride 0.3% (3 mg per syringe).
• Pack. 2 × 1 mL pre-filled syringes with 4 single-use 27G½" needles.
• Indications. Filling deep skin depressions, lip enhancement and cheekbone augmentation.
• Injection depth. Deep dermis or lip mucosa.
• Storage. Store between 2 °C and 25 °C.
