(New) Clinically Proven Menoduo Hops Extract: Contains xanthohumol - a prenylated flavonoid - which helps your body release more oxytocin, commonly referred to as the hormone of happiness. Other prenylated flavonoids in Menoduo offer pro-oestrogenic effects, which help combat the physical symptoms of menopause (hot flushes, loss of bone density, among others). It also contains bitter acids (α-acids, β-acids) which help to regulate mood, irritability, and improve sleep quality.

(New) Vitamin B6: Evidence suggests that Vitamin B6 can support mood regulation and may help support with issues such as irritability, fatigue, and mood associated with menopause.

(New) Sage: Known for its cooling properties, sage may reduce the intensity and frequency of hot flushes and excessive sweating experienced during menopause.

(New) Dong Quai: Often referred to as "female ginseng," Dong Quai supports hormonal balance and may help reduce hot flushes and support overall mood.

(New) Agnus Castus: Used to regulate hormonal imbalance, potentially easing issues such as irritability and mood irregularities during menopause.

Simag™ Magnesium from Purified Seawater: Magnesium can help alleviate common menopause symptoms such as hot flushes and sleep disturbances by supporting nervous system function.

Lemon Balm: Known for its calming effects, which may help support mood and support better sleep.

Fenugreek Seed: May support hormonal balance and has been linked to relief from hot flushes.

Red Clover: Rich in phytoestrogens, and may help reduce the frequency of hot flushes and support bone health.

Saffron: Said to have mood-enhancing properties, and may help improve emotional balance and alleviate mood swings.

5-MTHF Folate: Folate's active form helps support cognitive function and may assist in reducing mental fog and mood fluctuations.

Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 supports energy levels, cognitive function, and may help reduce fatigue and memory issues often experienced during menopause.

Please note - the new formula does not contain ashwagandha, as we have heard from customer feedback that many prefer to take specific doses separately. We offer High Strength Ashwagandha here.
