Mounjaro is a once-weekly tirzepatide injection made by Eli Lilly. Each KwikPen is a multi-dose pre-filled pen holding four fixed weekly doses, so one pen covers about four weeks of treatment.
- Active ingredient. Tirzepatide, a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist.
- Strengths. 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg and 15 mg per 0.6 mL dose. Choose the strength your prescriber has written.
- Pack. 1 KwikPen containing 4 once-weekly doses.
- How it is used. Injected under the skin once a week. Your prescriber sets the starting dose and decides when, and whether, to increase it.
- Storage. Keep in the refrigerator (2–8 °C) in the original carton, do not freeze, and follow the storage advice in the pack leaflet.
- Prescription. Our pharmacist checks every prescription before dispatch.
