About this product
Four tablets provide 24 mg of zinc as picolinate, 120 mg of elemental magnesium as citrate and 10 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, with graded doses so the whole family can use it.
- Three nutrients, one tablet. Zinc picolinate, magnesium citrate and active vitamin B6 (P-5-P) are combined in a single tablet.
- Mind and cognition. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function, and zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
- Immune function. Zinc and magnesium also contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Dosing by age. Adults and children aged 16+ take 4 tablets; ages 9–15 take 2 tablets; ages 4–8 take 1 tablet.
- Good to know. Best taken with food; the dose can be split between morning and evening. Do not exceed the daily dose. Ask a healthcare professional first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Children aged 4–15 take fewer tablets, as stated on the pack.
