Skin, Hair and Nails by Prime Fifty is a one-a-day beauty multi-nutrient designed for adults over 50. Each tablet combines 30 mg of Ceramosides™, a wheat-derived phytoceramide ingredient, with 250 mg of hydrolysed marine collagen peptides and more than 20 vitamins and minerals.

• Ceramosides™. Plant ceramides from wheat, developed by Seppic. The manufacturer reports clinical trials of 30 mg a day, the amount in each tablet, looking at skin and hair appearance.
• Hair and skin. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Selenium contributes to normal hair, and copper to normal hair and skin pigmentation.
• Nails. Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails.
• Collagen formation. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.
• Antioxidant nutrients. Vitamins C and E, zinc, selenium, copper and riboflavin contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The formula also includes grape seed and green tea extracts, CoQ10 and MSM.
