About this product
Each capsule contains about as much natural caffeine as a cup of coffee (100 mg), paired with L-theanine, L-tyrosine and taurine and a spectrum of B vitamins with zinc and copper. It is formulated to support concentration, mental clarity and mental energy.
- Caffeine with L-theanine. A 100 mg natural caffeine dose per capsule, combined with 100 mg of L-theanine, an amino acid found in tea.
- Amino acid support. L-tyrosine and taurine add 100 mg each per capsule.
- Mental performance. Pantothenic acid (8.5 mg per 2 capsules) contributes to normal mental performance, and zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
- B vitamins for energy. B vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; folate and B12 are in their methylated forms.
- Good to know. Take 1-2 capsules, 30-60 minutes before required, without food for optimal absorption. If you are sensitive to taking nutrients on an empty stomach, take after a meal and start with 1 capsule a day. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Seek professional advice if you have a medical condition or take medication.
