About this product
A single-nutrient folate supplement giving 400 µg of folate as L-methylfolate, in a small tablet formulated without unnecessary additives.
- Pre-methylated folate. Folate is supplied as calcium L-methylfolate (5-MTHF), the active, fully methylated form, rather than synthetic folic acid.
- Blood formation and energy. Folate contributes to normal blood formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- For pregnancy. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
- Plain formulation. Plant cellulose coating, without silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate or titanium dioxide.
- Good to know. Adults take 1 tablet daily; 180 tablets last six months. Seek advice first if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Do not exceed the stated dose.
