About this product
R-Lipoic Acid provides 245 mg of R-lipoic acid from Bio-Enhanced® Na-RALA (stabilised sodium R-alpha lipoate), plus 150 µg of biotin, in one daily capsule.
- 245 mg R-lipoic acid. Supplied as Bio-Enhanced® Na-RALA, a sodium R-alpha lipoate.
- Stabilised form. R-lipoic acid is sensitive to light, heat and moisture, so it is bonded with sodium to improve stability.
- Natural R-form. The manufacturer describes the R-form as the natural form of alpha-lipoic acid.
- Added biotin. 150 µg of biotin per capsule (300% NRV). Biotin contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- How to take. Adults take 1 capsule per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Brown rice flour is the other ingredient and the shell is pullulan.
