About this product
Magnesium from three different forms in a single tablet, so you get citrate, bisglycinate and taurate together. Two tablets provide 262 mg of elemental magnesium.
- Three magnesium forms. Citrate, bisglycinate and taurate are combined in one formula. The manufacturer describes all three as fully reacted and chelated, and does not state the amount of each.
- Energy and muscles. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.
- Mind and nervous system. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the nervous system.
- Everyday dosing. Adults take 2 tablets daily; children aged 12+ take 1 tablet. Best taken with food, and the daily dose can be split between morning and evening.
