About this product
Vitamin E Complex combines all eight forms of vitamin E, four tocopherols and four tocotrienols, from natural plant sources. Two capsules provide 117.2 mg of tocopherols and 40.8 mg of tocotrienols.
- Full spectrum. Includes d-alpha, d-beta, d-gamma and d-delta forms of both tocopherol and tocotrienol.
- Cell protection. Two capsules provide 19 mg of d-alpha-tocopherol, well above 15% of the nutrient reference value. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Tocopherols per serving. 19 mg d-alpha, 2.2 mg d-beta, 66 mg d-gamma and 30 mg d-delta.
- Tocotrienols per serving. 14.5 mg d-alpha, 2 mg d-beta, 19.8 mg d-gamma and 4.5 mg d-delta.
- Plant companions. Also contains 1.8 mg plant squalane and 3.6 mg phytosterols, with rice fibre and a pullulan capsule.
