Melts Natural Vitamin D3 by Wellbeing Nutrition is a plant-based vitamin D supplement in a Raspberry-flavoured oral strip that melts on the tongue. Each strip provides 600 IU (15 µg) of vitamin D3 from lichen. It also contains MarveMK7™ vitamin K2, vitamin A and resveratrol.

• 600 IU vitamin D3 from lichen. Most vitamin D3 comes from sheep's wool. Lichen is one of the few plant sources of D3, so this strip suits vegetarians and vegans.
• What vitamin D does. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system.
• Why a supplement can help. Your skin makes vitamin D3 when it's exposed to UVB sunlight. When you get little sun, for example because you work indoors, you need vitamin D from food or supplements.
• With vitamin K2. MarveMK7™ is the menaquinone (MK-7) form of vitamin K2. According to the manufacturer it comes from fermented chickpeas.
• Melt-in-the-mouth strip. No water needed. Take one strip after breakfast. Each pack holds 30 strips.
