Hair, Skin & Nails Slow is a two-capsule daily formula that combines biotin, zinc, selenium and B vitamins with glutathione, hyaluronic acid and evening primrose oil, designed by the manufacturer to support hair, skin and nails.

• Biotin and zinc. 40 mcg biotin from Sesbania grandiflora and 17 mg zinc per serving. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin; zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal nails.
• Vitamin C and copper. 50 mg vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and 1.7 mg copper, which contributes to normal pigmentation of hair.
• Glutathione, NAC and hyaluronic acid. 80 mg glutathione, 50 mg N-acetyl-L-cysteine, 10 mg L-cysteine and 50 mg hyaluronic acid, with curcumin (95% curcuminoids), citrus bioflavonoids and mixed carotenoids.
• B vitamins and minerals. All eight B vitamins, including methyl folate, methylcobalamin and pyridoxal-5-phosphate, with 40 mcg selenium, 19 mg iron, vitamin D3 and vitamin E.
• Evening primrose oil. Time-release beadlets are suspended in 500 mg of evening primrose oil in a vegan cellulose capsule.
