About this product
Adaptogen Complex 10 combines ten standardised adaptogens in one capsule, led by 54 mg each of ashwagandha, bacopa, holy basil, rhodiola, schisandra and cordyceps. It is formulated to support energy and the body during periods of stress.
- Ten adaptogens. A diverse mix of ashwagandha, bacopa, holy basil, rhodiola, schisandra, cordyceps, gotu kola, Siberian ginseng, Panax ginseng and astragalus.
- Per capsule amounts. 54 mg each of the first six, 45 mg gotu kola, and 28 mg each of Siberian ginseng, Panax ginseng and astragalus.
- Standardised. Ashwagandha 10% withanolides, bacopa 50% bacosides, holy basil 2.5% ursolic acid, rhodiola 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides, schisandra 9% schisandrin, cordyceps 3% cordycepin, gotu kola 10% triterpenes, Siberian ginseng 1.5% eleutherosides, Panax ginseng 80% ginsenosides, astragalus 10% astragaloside IV and 40% polysaccharides.
- Formulated for balance. Designed to support energy and the body during periods of stress.
- Absorption support. Includes 1 mg black pepper extract (95% piperine), which the manufacturer adds to support absorption.
- Flexible dose. Adults take 1 to 4 capsules across the day, 30 minutes before or after food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
