Holland & Barrett Inositol Powder Complex is a powder supplement designed for women. Each 4.5 g daily serving provides 4,000 mg of myo-inositol with vitamin B6 (1.4 mg, 100% NRV), folic acid (400 µg, 200% NRV) and chromium (40 µg, 100% NRV).

Myo-inositol. A naturally occurring compound, sometimes called vitamin B8, found in foods such as fruit, beans, grains and nuts.
Hormonal activity. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Blood glucose. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism.
Folate. Folate contributes to normal blood formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Easy to take. Take one 4.5 g serving a day, preferably with a meal. The 135 g tub holds 30 servings. Suitable for vegetarians.
