About this product
Holland & Barrett Shilajit provides 1,000 mg of a 6:1 shilajit extract (Asphaltum punjabianum), equivalent to 2,400 mg of shilajit, in a three-capsule daily dose.
- What shilajit is. A sticky, tar-like resin that seeps from rocks in high mountain ranges such as the Himalayas, long used in Ayurvedic tradition.
- Concentrated extract. A 6:1 extract, so 1,000 mg is equivalent to 2,400 mg of shilajit.
- Capsule form. An easy alternative to taking shilajit resin, in a plant-based (HPMC) capsule.
- Daily dose. Take three capsules a day, preferably with a meal.
- Pack size. 90 capsules, a 30-day supply.
