About this product
Inositol Complex combines 2000 mg of myo-inositol and 300 mg of D-chiro-inositol with folate (Quatrefolic®) and chromium in a four-capsule daily serving.
- Two forms of inositol. Each 4-capsule serving provides 2000 mg of myo-inositol and 300 mg of D-chiro-inositol.
- Folate. The 400 µg of folate comes as Quatrefolic®. Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal function of the immune system and to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
- Chromium. Each serving contains 100 µg of chromium as picolinate. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
- Split dose. Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. A 180-capsule bottle gives 45 days at this dose.
