Four capsules provide 379 mg of elemental magnesium from NovoMin® magnesium bisglycinate, a form of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
- High-strength magnesium. 379 mg of elemental magnesium (101% NRV) from 3,160 mg of NovoMin® magnesium bisglycinate per 4 capsules.
- Energy and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Muscles and nerves. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
- Chelated with glycine. Magnesium bisglycinate is bound to the amino acid glycine; the manufacturer describes it as gentler on the stomach than magnesium oxide or sulphate.
- NovoMin® from NovoTech®. The manufacturer states this ingredient is tested in-house and by third parties.
