About this product
A methylated multivitamin and mineral formula designed for men, taken as two slow-release tablets a day. It brings together 9.5 mg of lycopene with active forms of folate and vitamin B12, plus vitamin D3 from algae, zinc and selenium.
- Active B vitamins. Folate is provided as L-methylfolate (400 µg) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (20 µg), alongside B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (8 mg).
- Energy support. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Immune and muscle function. Selenium (99 µg) and zinc (15 mg) contribute to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
- Lycopene and D3. Each daily serving supplies 9.5 mg of lycopene and 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3 from algae.
- Made without iron. The formula is iron-free, reflecting men's generally lower iron requirements.
- Good to know. Take 2 tablets daily with food; for best absorption, divide the dose between morning and evening. Available as 60 or 180 tablets. Seek professional advice before use if you are taking medication, pregnant or breastfeeding.
