About this product
A multivitamin and mineral formula designed for women over 50, formulated to support wellbeing during and after the menopause. Two tablets a day provide vitamins, minerals and marigold-derived eye nutrients in well-absorbed, active forms.
- Active forms of key nutrients. Folate comes as calcium L-methylfolate (400 µg) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (20 µg), alongside 25 µg (1000 IU) vitamin D3 from algae and 120 µg vitamin K2 as MK-7.
- Minerals in gentle chelated forms. Each serving gives 250 mg calcium, 100 mg magnesium, 15 mg zinc and 2.5 mg manganese, all as bisglycinate, plus boron, selenium, chromium, molybdenum and iodine.
- Eye nutrients included. Lutein (10 mg) and zeaxanthin with meso-zeaxanthin (2500 µg) come from marigold extract. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
- Energy and bones. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Immune function. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Good to know. Adults take 2 tablets daily with food, or split the dose between morning and evening. Iron- and copper-free. Not recommended with anticoagulants (blood thinners) except on a doctor's advice. Seek advice first if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Do not exceed the stated dose.
