About this product

Unlike mixed EPA and DHA fish oils, this formula concentrates on EPA alone. It uses wild anchovy oil in re-esterified triglyceride form with natural lemon flavour.

  • High-strength EPA. Two softgels provide 1000 mg of EPA from 1150 mg of wild fish oil, with under 0.5% DHA.
  • Omega-3 and omega-6 balance. The manufacturer positions this product for intensive support in restoring balance between omega-3 and omega-6 fats.
  • Purity and testing. The oil is purified by molecular distillation and IFOS certified, with each batch tested for mercury, PCBs and dioxins.
  • Vitamin E. Each serving includes 10 mg of vitamin E (83% of the nutrient reference value) as an antioxidant to help protect the oil.
  • Good to know. Adults take 1 softgel twice daily with food (the dose can be doubled for additional support); children aged 12–16 take 1–2 daily and ages 6–11 take 1 daily. Contains fish (fish oil and fish gelatine), so not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. An EPA-only omega-3, with almost no DHA. Children aged 6–16 take a lower dose, as stated on the pack.

How to use

Adults: take 1 softgel twice daily. For additional support, the dose can be doubled. Children 12 to 16 years: 1-2 softgels daily. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 softgel daily. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. For best results, take Pharmepa RESTORE morning and evening as a split dose and with food for optimum absorption.
