Multi + Omega for Her Slow combines a broad multivitamin and mineral formula with 800 mg of vegan DHA algal oil in a two-capsule daily serving, designed by the manufacturer for women aged 18 to 49.

• Vitamins and minerals. Per serving: 840 mcg vitamin A, 65 mg vitamin C, 600 IU (15 mcg) vitamin D3 from lichen, 10 mg vitamin E, 55 mcg vitamin K2 and all eight B vitamins, with 8 mg iron, 7 mg zinc, 40 mcg selenium and 75 mcg iodine.
• Iron and biotin. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin.
• Vegan DHA oil. 800 mg of DHA algal oil from Schizochytrium sp. fills the capsule.
• Antioxidants, superfoods and enzymes. A 50 mg blend of glutathione, CoQ10, cranberry, green tea and milk thistle, a 160 mg superfood blend and a 40 mg blend of eight digestive enzymes.
• Time-release beadlets. Nutrient-coated beadlets in a vegan cellulose capsule, designed by the manufacturer for gradual release.
