Holland & Barrett Ashwagandha 500mg provides 500 mg of ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) in one vegan capsule.

A traditional Ayurvedic herb. Ashwagandha has been used for centuries in Ayurveda, India's traditional system of medicine.
Root extract. 500 mg of ashwagandha root extract per capsule.
What research says. The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) reports that some ashwagandha preparations may help with stress and sleep, while noting that many studies were small.
Vegan capsule. Plant-based (HPMC) shell, suitable for vegans.
One a day. Take one capsule a day, preferably with a meal. The pack holds 30 capsules, a one-month supply.

Good to know: Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended if you have a thyroid or autoimmune condition.
