Holland & Barrett Ashwagandha KSM-66® provides 600 mg of KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) in one vegan capsule.

KSM-66®. A branded, full-spectrum extract made only from the root of the ashwagandha plant.
A traditional Ayurvedic herb. Ashwagandha has been used for centuries in Ayurveda, India's traditional system of medicine.
What research says. The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) reports that some ashwagandha preparations may help with stress and sleep, while noting that many studies were small.
Two ingredients. Just KSM-66® extract and a plant-based (HPMC) capsule. Suitable for vegans.
One a day. Take one capsule a day, preferably with a meal. The pack holds 30 capsules, a one-month supply.

Good to know: Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended if you have a thyroid or autoimmune condition.
