About this product

Holland & Barrett High Strength Chelated Zinc & Copper is a one-a-day tablet providing 25 mg of zinc (250% NRV) and 1.25 mg of copper (125% NRV) as copper bisglycinate.

Immune support. Zinc and copper both contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Hair, skin and nails. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails.
Iron transport. Copper contributes to normal iron transport in the body.
Connective tissue. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues.
One a day. Take one tablet a day, preferably with a meal. Suitable for vegans. The pack holds 120 tablets, a four-month supply.
