Holland & Barrett Bovine Collagen tablets provide 3,000 mg of hydrolysed bovine collagen, 45 mg of L-ornithine and 30 mg of vitamin C in a three-tablet daily dose.

Hydrolysed collagen. Collagen from cattle, broken down into smaller peptides.
Collagen formation. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage.
With L-ornithine. An amino acid included in the formula.
Tablet form. No mixing or measuring.
Daily dose. Take three tablets a day, preferably with a meal. The pack holds 90 tablets, a 30-day supply.
