About this product

Holland & Barrett Fat Metaboliser is a two-a-day daytime tablet that combines green tea leaf extract, chromium picolinate and vitamin B6 with uva ursi, kola nut and cayenne pepper extracts and L-carnitine. A two-tablet daily dose provides 200 µg of chromium (500% NRV) and 2.5 mg of vitamin B6 (179% NRV).

Macronutrient metabolism. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Energy. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Botanical extracts. Green tea leaf extract (supplying 3.78 mg EGCG), uva ursi leaf, kola nut seed and cayenne pepper fruit extracts.
Part of a plan. Designed to be used alongside a calorie-controlled diet and regular activity, not instead of them.
Daytime dosing. Take one tablet mid-morning and one mid-afternoon with or after food. Don't take near bedtime. The pack holds 120 tablets, a 60-day supply.

How to use

Take 1 tablet mid-morning and 1 tablet mid-afternoon each day, with or after food. Do not take near bedtime. Should not be taken on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the stated dose. Contains EGCG: do not consume other green tea products on the same day or exceed 800 mg of EGCG daily.
