Holland & Barrett ABC to Z Multivits is an everyday one-a-day multivitamin and mineral tablet. Each tablet provides 13 vitamins and 10 minerals, including vitamin D (10 µg, 200% NRV), folic acid (400 µg, 200% NRV), iron (14 mg, 100% NRV) and zinc (10 mg, 100% NRV).

• Energy. Iron, B vitamins and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Immune support. Vitamins A, C and D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
• Bones. Vitamin D, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
• A to Z cover. From vitamin A to zinc, a broad all-round formula for adults.
• One a day. Take one tablet a day, preferably with a meal. The pack holds 60 tablets, a two-month supply.
