Holland & Barrett High Strength Effervescent Vitamin C & Zinc is an orange-flavoured tablet that dissolves in water to make a fizzy drink. Each tablet provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C (1,250% NRV) and 15 mg of zinc (150% NRV).

Immune support. Vitamin C and zinc both contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Cell protection. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Energy. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Collagen. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, gums, bones and cartilage.
Easy to take. Drop one tablet into 200 ml of water once a day, preferably with a meal. Suitable for vegans. The tube holds 20 tablets.
