About this product

Each capsule provides 24 mg of elemental iron as iron bisglycinate, paired with 95 mg of natural vitamin C from acerola cherry. Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

  • High-strength iron. 126 mg of iron bisglycinate per capsule provides 24 mg of elemental iron (171% NRV).
  • Energy and immune function. Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal oxygen transport in the body and the normal function of the immune system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Vitamin C from acerola. 380 mg of acerola cherry extract provides 95 mg of natural vitamin C (119% NRV). Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
  • Bisglycinate form. The manufacturer describes this chelated iron as well tolerated and gentle on the stomach.
  • No synthetic fillers. Made without synthetic bulking or anti-caking agents, in a vegan pullulan capsule.
  • How to take. Adults take 1 capsule per day on an empty stomach with a glass of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
